ORDAL Terms of Use
These terms describe the general rules for using the ORDAL website and desktop application. Non-waivable rights under applicable law continue to apply.
1. Product scope
ORDAL helps users automate repetitive job-search and supported application workflows. It does not guarantee recruiter responses, interviews, offers, or employment.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of CVs, qualifications, application answers, account information, and the targets or exclusions they configure. ORDAL should not be used to fabricate experience or eligibility.
3. Third-party platforms
Job platforms are independent services with their own rules, interfaces, login systems, and verification requirements. Supported ORDAL workflows can change when those services change.
4. License and billing
New ORDAL purchases currently provide one year of access with manual renewal and no automatic billing. Current pricing and purchase details are published on the official website and inside the app.
5. Availability and updates
ORDAL may change, update, pause, or remove workflows when required for product reliability, security, third-party changes, or legal and operational reasons.
6. Payment disputes and refunds
If you have a duplicate charge, failed activation, or another payment issue, contact ORDAL support with the transaction reference. Any refund right or eligibility is subject to applicable law, the payment method or provider, and the terms shown in the official purchase flow.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use ORDAL for unauthorized access, credential theft, deceptive applications, fabricated qualifications, abuse of third-party services, or activity prohibited by applicable law.
